In the Barn....  AS.AP Small Batch Distillery
Come and meet Amanda Saurin Apothecary and Distiller, founder of AS.AP who has installed her workshop in our barn making bespoke creams, balms, tinctures and perfume from flowers and wild crafted plants at the farm and further afield.  She has transformed a disused part of the barn into a distiller's paradise and oasis of heavenly scents. Her workshop will be open for most of the day where you can pop in and discover more.

• EATING WITH THE SEASONS:  From January till May we deliver boxes FORTNIGHTLY (because there is less variety of truly seasonal/local veg in the winter months and the veg stores so well.  This then frees us up to spend the weeks in between deliveries concentrating on sowing and growing the new seasons crops).
