Tina’s Kitchen Recipe Collection contains the favourites from Tina’s Kitchen. The focus is on nutrient dense, naturally low carbohydrate foods containing lots of vegetables and good quality protein and fat. The recipe sections include protein bits, salads and dressings, stews and cakey things. All recipes are gluten free. The recipes are followed by a Nutritional Nugget section, containing information about many of the ingredients used in the book, and finishes with Nutrition in a Nutshell, outlining the nutritional thinking behind the recipes and giving easy to follow recommendations to support blood sugar balance and reduce cravings.
