Pick A Veg Box

Choose a box size that suits your household - you can choose options for a box with or without spuds. Both of which you can customise by double clicking the swap arrows.

You can also build your own order from scratch by skipping the pre-made veg boxes and going straight to "Shop", and adding individual items to your basket.
Choose Individual Items & Extras

Build your own order from scratch, or add seasonal extras on top of your box.

When you find something you like, click “Add to basket”, then choose how often you’d like it delivered and when you’d like it to start.

Some items are available on a one-off basis, while others can be added as regular deliveries depending on seasonal availability. You can also select quantities or multiples from within the product pop-up before adding the item to your basket.

To edit or remove an item, simply click the Edit icon in your basket. From there, you can adjust the product, change the next delivery date, or remove it altogether.
Set Your Delivery Method

Choose between home delivery at an extra cost of £2 or collect from a local drop off point. We supply to Lewes, Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, Haywards Heath + surrounding towns and villages. Please see the map for our delivery catchment area as well as specific drop off / collection points.

If there isn't a collection point near you, it’s easy to start one. Just gather some friends or neighbours who want to eat locally and organic and we'll deliver their boxes to you. In return you get a discount on your own veg according to how many people collect from you.

Set Your Dislikes & Swaps

In your customer account area, head to “Dislikes” to tell us which items you’d prefer not to receive by giving the thumbs up or down from the list. If any disliked items appear in your veg box for an upcoming delivery, the software will automatically swap them out. You can adjust this each week if you'd specifically prefer something else instead.

The number of swaps available for each veg box is shown clearly in your basket next to the product.

You can also adjust your box using the swap arrows beside each item in your basket. Got carrots left over from last week? Just swap them for something else you’ll love.

Holidays

Heading away or need a break? You can easily pause your regular deliveries by selecting “Holidays” in your customer account menu, or by clicking “Pause deliveries” directly from your basket.

Click “Book holiday”, then choose your start and end dates. Any deliveries scheduled during that time will be skipped automatically. You can also choose to donate your box to local surplus food charity - FareShare Sussex & Surrey, who re-distribute surplus food to people experiencing hardship.

Your delivery days and holiday period are clearly displayed, along with a handy calendar at the bottom of the page. You’ll also see a summary of any holidays you’ve booked previously, so everything’s easy to manage at a glance.
Donations

You can choose to donate your box while you're away by clicking "Donate my order when I am on holiday".

This means that the veg in your box is given to FareShare - an organisation that specialise in distributing fresh produce to smaller grass-roots charities, community hubs and food banks across Sussex.

"We’re so grateful to be partnering with Ashurst Organics to rescue their surplus farm produce and veg boxes over the holiday season. Their locally grown, high-quality produce makes a real difference to our charity and community partners - helping put fresh, healthy food on people’s plates. There’s nothing better than seeing great food reaching those who need it most. We'd like to say a huge thank you to those who donate and to the team at Ashurst Organics for teaming up with us here"
George Shaw - Food Supply Manager - FareShare Sussex & Surrey

A fair share for all :)
